Steps 1 through 5
If you notice an oil leak from the radiator, replace it by following these steps while the engine is cold:
1. Loosen the five nuts on the front wheel on the passenger side.
2. Lift the front of the vehicle using a hydraulic jack, taking care to place it in the designated location — see the owner's manual.
3. Remove the five nuts, then remove the wheel.
4. Place a jack stand under a structural support point specified by the manufacturer to secure the vehicle. Never work under a vehicle that is supported only by the jack.
5. Unscrew the Parker screws (item 4) that secure the half-cover of the wheel well (item 1) on the headlight side.

Steps 6 through 9
6. Unscrew the Parker screws (item 37) that secure the perforated plastic cover (item 38) located under the radiator.
7. Remove the fender reinforcement bar, located in front of the radiator.
8. Disconnect the fan connector and the temperature sensor connector (item 34), located at the top of the radiator, beneath the two oil inlet and outlet hoses.
9. Use a 32-mm open-end wrench to loosen the two hoses (item 46) at the top of the radiator, then catch the oil that drains out in a container.

Steps 10 through 11
10. Loosen the nut (item 8) that secures the top of the radiator — via a rubber mount (item 23) — to the mounting bracket (item 22), which is bolted to the upper part of the fender, inside the headlight housing.
11. After disconnecting the two hoses, cap them securely and hold them in place without kinking them. Remove the radiator from the top to release its lower mounting, which is secured by two rubber mounts (item 27).

Steps 12 through 13
12. Remove the temperature sensor (item 34), the fan, and all the clips (items 41 and 38) so that you can reinstall these parts on the new radiator.
13. To reassemble, follow the steps in reverse order. Be sure to check all connections: the oil circuit, the temperature sensor, and the fan.
