The headlight lens on a Porsche 964 can be replaced separately if the headlight assembly matches the one shown. Order the appropriate gasket at the same time, and wear gloves if the lens is cracked or broken. Start by removing the screw located at the bottom of the trim ring.

Explanation

Carefully remove the trim ring, unscrew the fastener, and then remove the headlight assembly from its housing. Disconnect it, remove the clips one by one, replace the lens and the gasket, then reassemble the unit. Check for leaks, proper operation, and the beam alignment.
